ACM/UPE Annual Summer Picnic: 2008

Updated: May 2nd, 2008 (Picnic site changed, due to water main break.)

Event:
ACM/UPE Annual Summer Picnic: 2008
Date:
Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 ... 12:30pm thru when we get bored as hell, or too rainy and wet. (We did initially have 9:30am, be then we realized that people would have to be out of their minds to roll out of bed that early on a Saturday, especially when they weren't being paid to do it.)

Weather Forecast for the next 10 days.
Location:

Picnic Site Changed, Due To Water Main Break!

Hines Park, Parkland Picnic Area (Dearborn Heights)
We have via permit, the Sheltered Picnic Area for the day, but no Baseball Diamond anymore =(. The kids play structure is open to the public, so anyone can use that.
RSVP:
Please RSVP as soon as possible to Steve Briley [UPE President] (sbriley@umd.umich.edu) & Cardi DeMonaco [ACM President] (cdemonac@umd.umich.edu), so we can get an idea of how many people will be attending.
